Estroven® Vitality Directions
Take one (1) yellow morning caplet with your morning meal and one (1) green evening caplet with your evening meal. Some women may notice benefits in 7-10 days, but since Estroven® Vitality is natural, it works gradually over time. Most ongoing benefits are realized within 30 to 60 days of use.
