Everyone’s body is unique. However, sleep aid products with similar ingredients have been found to work within 30 minutes to an hour.
3. Is this something my body will become dependent on?
No, the ingredients in Estroven® Nighttime have not been found to be habit forming or addictive.
4. I really don't sleep well; can I take more than one caplet?
Estroven® Nighttime was formulated to be effective in one daily caplet. There is no additional benefit to taking more than one caplet per day. Always follow directions.
5. If I wake up in the middle of the night, can I take Estroven® Nighttime? Will it help?
While Estroven® Nighttime works best when taken before bedtime, as long as you have not taken it within the past 24 hours, you may take one caplet in the middle of the night and still experience benefits.
